Constantly changing spring conditions exist.  The warm weather and sunny conditions are affecting our base.  The surface was firm to icey in areas this morning.  Lower UW will not be groomed any further until more snow has arrived.  The Summit complex and Rollercoaster have several open areas but were still skiable as of this morning.  Most of the rest of the trails have some thin/bare spots along the edges.  All ski trails groomed this morning with the exception of Lower UW.
