All ski trails groomed this morning.  We had quite a squall come thru while we were grooming.  We maybe got ½” of snow.  Classic tracks set Phil’s thru Van’s, and Ridge today.   Good skiing, Randy

Appologies, my email system had a meltdown...  We did have some suprise drifting last nite.  All ski trails groomed this morning.  We had a taste of spring conditions today as areas of the trail system had warmed up enough on Sunday to set up hard this morning.  Classic tracks are in hard in a lot of areas and remain in fair to good condition. Another great one up at the ski trails! All skate lanes groomed out today. Classic tracks are starting to shallow out and are a little drifted in some places. Parking lot is filling up fast, remember to not park on the Highway, they don't like that! Have a great weekend! -Dan

Beautiful sunny day up at Happy Jack! All skate lanes were groomed out this morning. Classic lines are there but getting a little drifty in spots. The parking lot is very manageable. Enjoy the warmer weather! -Dan 

A dusting of new snow overnite.  All ski trails groomed.  Classic tracks set on all trails except for Sprint and Chyt’s.  The corduroy needs to be skied…    The parking lot got some attention yesterday.  They widened the lot and took down the drifts.   Good skiun’, Randy

All ski trails groomed this morning.  The wind was whippin’ around pretty good today.  Classic tracks are in fairly good to very good condition.  Temps were a little on the warm side but overall, the trails groomed out very nicely.   According to the forecasters, all conditions will change considerably starting late this evening.   Good skiing, Randy

All ski trails groomed.  Classic tracks reset on Campground, Meadow, Upper UW, Phil’s, Turnpike, Moose, Ridge and Alder.  We’ve had quite a breeze lately, so a little drifting and some soft areas.  Also, some dust has blown onto the trails.  Interesting weather forecast for later this week…   Good skiing, Randy

All ski trails groomed today.  The breeze is stout today and moving snow around.  We did reset classic tracks on Campground, Meadow, Upper UW, Ridge, and Alder.  Classic tracks are in good, to very good shape with the exception of where snow has blown into them.   The parking lot is blowing fairly clean, with some ice on the entry/exit area.   Good skiing, Randy

Gorgeous warm day up at Happy Jack! The sun is shining and the snow is starting to warm up but the skiing should be excellent. All skate lanes got groomed out this morning and are looking good.  All classic tracks are still in from this weekend but none have been reset per Randy's orders. The parking lot is looking pretty good, still some ice on the hill but the sun is hitting that too! All ski trails groomed yesterday and/or today.  Classic tracks remain in good shape.  Classic tracks on Meadow, Phil’s, Ridge, Blackjack, and Alder were reset after the race this morning.   Some drifting has narrowed parking in the lot but, the entrance/exit is easily passible.   Good skiing, Randy

6”+ of new snow.  The breeze helped form a few drifts.  All ski trails rolled multiple times.  It was still lightly snowing when we left.  We tried grooming but, had little success this morning.    The parking lot had not been plowed as of late this morning.    Randy

All ski trails groomed today.  Classic tracks set yesterday remain in good shape with the end of Phil’s and half of Meadow reset.  Classic tracks set on Van’s, Summit, Miners Loop and “B” Loop.  There was some drifting today as the breeze was a little stout.   Reminder: The Senior Olympics are having a classic race Thursday morning at 8am.  They are having a freestyle race at 8am on Friday.  Also on Friday they are having a biathalon event at 1pm, which will be on Roundabout and Phil’s.   Good skiing, Randy

All ski trails groomed this morning.  Campground was leveled and classic tracks set.  I doubt you’ll be able to tell as it’s snowing pretty good on the hill.  It began snowing mid-morning and was still snowing when we left.  I have it at 1” to 2” of new snow that fell this morning.  The breeze was picking up as well.  For these reasons, no other new classic track were set today.   Good skiing, Randy

Another great day at Happy Jack First day of kids ski and wee ski at Happy Jack today, please be mindful of all the new skiers on the trails! All the trails were groomed this morning and the snow is still looking good. The classic tracks were fairly good around the system as well. Have a great weekend! -Dan

All ski trails groomed today.  Took a few extra passes on several trails to further minimize the recent drifting, and settling due to warmer weather.  Classic tracks appear to be in good to very good condition, with the exceptions being the end of both Rollercoaster and Phil’s.   Reminder:  Kids ski/Wee ski begins this Sunday afternoon.  The Forest Service has closed the gate to the Pole Mountain Road.  Parking will be at a premium.   Good Skiing, Randy

Didn’t appear as if any new snow fell overnite but, difficult to tell due to the drifting.  Some we had to shovel, most we ran over with the groomers.  There will be some soft spots today.  All ski trails groomed today.  Classic tracks set on all ski trails except for B Loop, Chyt’s and Sprint.   The Forest Service tried to work on the parking lot yesterday but, they had equipment issues.  They did clear the entrance down into the main lot today.  They also threw some sand down.   Good Skiing, Randy
